📝 Video Summary

The first comparison category, Design Both S series are IP68 while A56 is only IP67 meaning it can’t be immersed into water (sorry for those who wanted to use it to go swimming) S25 has 6.2 inches. S25FE has 6.7 inches, same with the A56…pick your poison for the best phone with a goo display for watching videos S25 has a higher pixel density and sharp display due to it’s small inches (there you go, I helped you pick) In terms of color processing, A56 is not exactly good enough. However, in terms of taking pictures in a portrait mode, A56 is good at doing that. But then, if you are like some of my friends who enjoy taking pictures for end of the month dumps on IG (sunset pictures included), Go for the Samsung S series

The Microphone quality: When Techmo tried the various Samsung versions:

• S25 includes a little noise.
• S25FE cancels any external noise and focuses on the speaker (the person speaking into the microphone).
• The A56 also cancels noise a little and amplifies the sound of the speaker

In terms of microphone quality, all versions are good, your voice notes will be heard perfectly

Performance testing: For this category: S25 is running on 128gb RAM, while the other two are running on 8gb RAM To test the phones performances more, Techmo used AnTuTu (tests a wide variety of performance metrics such as running stress tests on the CPU, GPU memory (RAM and storage) and also the user experience (UX), the phone with the highest score indicates better raw performance and more power for tasks like gaming and multitasking (inserts drumroll here)

• The S25 got 2.3 million
• The S25FE got approximately 1.6m
• The A56 got only 850k (oops)

In order to get even more accurate results and go further in testing, Techmo also ran Geekbench on the phones, its basically measures the speed and power of your phones CPU and graphics card by running a series of simulated real world task (things people would use their phones to do, could be one action or multiple actions) It also gives you a score to compare with other devices:

• S25 got 8.9k
• S25Fe got 6.7k
• A56 got 3.8k

Battery Testing: The test we have all been waiting for. For this test, Techmo wrote a game. It's basically some balls hitting each other. He ran this game on the various phones to see how long the phones would last. He would also simultaneously switch to Youtube and play videos to further test the battery endurance.

• The S25FE has 25% more battery capacity compared to the S25. The S25 lasted for 5 hours and 2 minutes.
• The S25FE lasted for 5hours and 49 minutes.
• The A56 lasted for 6 hours and 28 minutes.

In terms of temperature, the A56 was much cooler than the rest. S25 and S25FE support Qi2 wireless charging.

💡 My Thoughts

Let’s be real, the Samsung A56 only excelled in battery testing and the A56 is lacking in some areas, It belongs to the “well just there” category. We can’t say it’s a totally bad phone neither can we say it is an ultimately good phone. If I were to go for a nice phone among the three, I’d go for the Samsung S25FE, yes you’d go for that as well. A nice camera even with low light, very good battery life and wireless charging super cool. I wouldn’t go for the S25 because think about it the Samsung S25FE is more of an upgraded version of the S25, perhaps the “FE” in Samsung S25FE means “fully extended” just kidding anyway S25FE would be a better choice for me. The S25 belongs to the “preferable category” this leaves us with the best category and that goes to the S25FE [crowd applauds]
